Abstract
This report examines the aspirations of Indigenous and peasant youth in Solano, in the Colombian Amazon. Drawing on interviews, it considers how different land rights, livelihoods and opportunities for interaction shape relations between communities. The authors identify common priorities around sustainable livelihoods, forest management and access to markets, and propose exchanges between youth from both groups as a way to support cooperation and peaceful coexistence.
