Lisette Meij is a land governance practitioner with a background in constitutional and administrative law. As a LAND-at-scale program advisor at the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, she managed projects in Burkina Faso, Mozambique, and Rwanda and helped lead the program’s knowledge management work. She has written about how to assess the results of land tenure projects and brought project partners together to share lessons on sustaining and expanding approaches that secure land and forest rights.
