Greg Udvaros co-authored a LAND-at-scale analysis of how institutions handle land disputes across seven countries. The article, written with Ladd Serwat and Aoife Ossendorp, examines the roles of customary authorities, mediators, and government bodies, and asks who can use these systems and who has a voice in them. It draws on examples from Burundi, Chad, Mali, Mozambique, Rwanda, Somalia, and Uganda.
