Karin van Boxtel is the executive director of Both ENDS, a Dutch environmental and human rights organization. She joined Both ENDS in 2015, bringing a background in international development studies and experience in sustainable agriculture and women’s land rights in Senegal, Burundi, and Cameroon. She later led the Fair, Green and Global program, expanding her work to trade, public finance, and global supply chains. Both ENDS appointed her executive director in 2024 after she had served as interim co-director.
