Monica Lengoiboni is a researcher in land administration, policy, and management. She has taught land policy and management at the University of Twente’s Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation. Her doctoral research in northern Kenya examined how land administration can recognize pastoralists’ seasonal access to land. Her later work has explored tools for recording overlapping and secondary land rights, including rights that conventional parcel-based registration can miss.
