Abstract
The factsheet describes complementary work on housing, land, and property rights in Iraq. UN-Habitat supports policy dialogue on land legislation and documentation and resolution of claims affecting displaced people and returnees. HiiL identifies local approaches in Sinjar that could be expanded and inform the policy dialogue.
