Abstract
This report documents the third LAND-at-scale Exchange, held in Kampala on 9–13 June 2024 with UN-Habitat and the Global Land Tool Network. Partners from the 12 country projects shared results and discussed how to build durable partnerships. A field visit to Butaleja examined fit-for-purpose land administration, local social norms and participatory wetland planning. The report records key discussions, follow-up actions and lessons from the wider Uganda Learning Week on government and civil society partnerships.
